Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your leather goods in their original dust bag and shipping box to ensure they are protected from scratches during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the item for its original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
